Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd. has appointed Sameer Bahri as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Bahri will oversee the company’s sales, marketing and CRM functions, with a focus on aligning revenue operations and driving growth initiatives.
Mr. Bahri brings over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, with a track record spanning complete project lifecycles, strategic sales and marketing, business development, and large-scale team leadership.
He is known for his expertise in maximising asset profitability, optimising revenue, and ensuring regulatory compliances across large-scale developments.

In recent years, Bahri has been based in Goa, where he has worked closely with the real estate sector, advising on project execution, pricing strategy and market entry for premium developments.
Prior to this, he spent over 31 years with Unitech Ltd., gaining extensive experience across residential and commercial developments and leading major projects across Kolkata, Gurugram, Howrah and Bhubaneswar.
His experience includes landmark developments such as Uniworld City and large-scale IT park and township projects. Bahri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
