Dushyant Mishra, who brings over 18 years of experience across India’s luxury and premium hospitality brands, has been appointed Director of Operations at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on service excellence, guest experience and operational efficiency.
Dushyant has held leadership roles across Grand Hyatt, Taj Hotels, Hyatt Regency, Marriott, Hilton and Movenpick, with expertise spanning multi-property operations, food and beverage, pre-openings, P&L management and team development.
Prior to joining The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, he served as Corporate General Manager at Shilton Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., overseeing hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and catering operations across Bengaluru, Coorg and Chikmagalur. He has also held leadership positions at Grand Hyatt Kochi and Hyatt Regency Pune
