MiPhi Semiconductors, the joint venture between Micromax Informatics and Phison Electronics, player in NAND controllers & flash storage solutions building India’s next generation memory technology capabilities, announced the appointment of Nupur Shrivastava as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Aiming at strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to scale its business and build its presence across India’s memory, storage and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
Shrivastava brings over two decades of experience across leading technology companies, including Intel, Arm, Nokia and Honeywell, working closely with business and executive leadership teams on large-scale transformation, organisational design, leadership and succession planning, talent strategy and M&A integration. Most recently, she was Head of People and HR Senior Director for Intel India and APAC, leading people strategy across more than ten countries, covering engineering, product, foundry, sales and corporate operations.
