Tanvi Swami joins PepsiCo as Marketing Director for Pepsi, 7UP and Mirinda

Tanvi Swami has joined PepsiCo as Marketing Director for Pepsi, 7UP and Mirinda. She joins the company after serving as Marketing Director at Pernod Ricard.

Swami announced the development in a LinkedIn post, expressing excitement about joining PepsiCo and thanking the leadership and talent teams for the opportunity to work on some of the company’s flagship beverage brands.

Swami brings more than 18 years of experience in brand marketing, innovation and commercial leadership across FMCG, beverages and consumer goods categories.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, she spent over three years at Pernod Ricard, most recently serving as Marketing Director. During her tenure, she also held leadership roles overseeing the company’s Chivas Regal, The Glenlivet, gin portfolio and Lillet brands in India.

Before Pernod Ricard, Swami spent more than seven years at Kellogg Company, where she held several senior marketing and innovation roles across India, Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Her responsibilities included leading category development, innovation pipelines and brand strategy for brands such as Kellogg’s Chocos, Muesli, Granola and Special K.

She began her career in advertising and brand management, with stints at JWT, Britannia Industries and Leo Burnett, building experience across marketing communications, sales and brand strategy.

In her new role at PepsiCo, Swami will oversee marketing for the Pepsi, 7UP and Mirinda brands.
