MSM Unify, a global education platform connecting students, recruitment partners and universities across international markets, announced the appointment of Pooja Parmar as Senior Director, Sales and Services.
Parmar brings more than 25 years of experience in international education, spanning university recruitment, institutional partnerships, market development and cross-border operations. Her career includes leadership experience across Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, West Africa and Southeast Asia.
She also brings extensive experience in the India-Australia education corridor, with a strong understanding of Australian higher education regulations and international student recruitment frameworks, including the ESOS Act, TEQSA requirements and the National Code.
The appointment marks Parmar’s return to MSM Unify, where she previously served as Head of Admissions & Recruitment. In that role, she managed strategic relationships with more than 12 institutions across Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand, while leading a 75-member multicultural team across South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and West Africa.
During her previous tenure, Parmar also worked on strengthening partnership structures, improving operational processes and supporting recruitment and admissions activity across a large international application pipeline.
Most recently, she served as Head Marketing – Global at Danford Higher Education, Australia, where she led international recruitment across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. She also worked closely with senior leadership on market developments, student recruitment strategy and changes affecting Australia’s international education sector.
Her earlier career includes senior roles with Navitas in Canada and India, Career Education Consultancy Australia, Kent Institute Australia and IILM, where she worked across student recruitment, institutional partnerships and market development.

In her role, Parmar will lead MSM Unify’s sales and services strategy across its international markets. She will work closely with university partners, international offices and regional teams to strengthen institutional relationships, enhance service delivery and support long-term enrollment objectives.
Parmar holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Himachal Pradesh University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delhi. She is also currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing and Analytics with AI from BITSoM.
