Exclusive – COTT Wk 52’23: Bigg Boss S17 on JioCinema top show; 12th Fail on Disney+ Hotstar top movie

In week 52 of 2023 (COTT Week: 24th Dec – 30th Dec’23) Disney+ Hotstar, JioCinema and ZEE5 emerged as the top three OTT platforms, as reported by Chrome OTT.

During this week, Bigg Boss Season 17 on JioCinema secured the first position on the list of top shows and also stood out as the most-binged title, while 12th Fail, streaming on Disney+ Hotstar, claimed the top spot among movies for the week.

During Week 52, Disney+ Hotstar, JioCinema and ZEE5 stood as the top three OTT platforms in India. Disney+ Hotstar led the pack with a reach of 8.12%, equivalent to 40.92 million unique viewers.

JioCinema secured the second spot in this list with 21.62 million unique viewers and a reach of 4.29%. Securing the third position, ZEE5 achieved a reach of 2.74%, corresponding to 13.81 million unique viewers.

It was followed by IND vs RSA on Disney+ Hotstar, which secured the second place with a reach of 1.75%, equivalent to 8.84 million unique viewers.

Money Heist Berlin streaming on Netflix secured the third spot and garnered 3.13 million unique viewers, with a reach of 0.62%.

During week 52, 12th Fail on Disney+ Hotstar emerged as the leading movie with 5.34 million unique viewers, resulting in a reach of 1.06%.

Kho Gaye Hum Kahan streaming on Netflix secured the second position with 2.14 million unique viewers, resulting in a reach of 0.43%.

Kadak Singh streaming on ZEE5 achieved a reach of 0.41%, engaging 2.07 million unique viewers.
