Goibibo announces a partnership with Netflix for Season 4 of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’, coming together in a collaborative effort to celebrate the show’s fandom across the country.
As part of a fun-filled segment, the collaboration allows Kapil Sharma to surprise fans in the studio audience who have followed the show over the years. By bringing travel into the heart of this segment with Goibibo, everyday fans from the audience see their interactions turn into memories as they win all-inclusive international trips to destinations such as Thailand, Dubai, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Bali.
The idea was developed to celebrate the fans who have taken Kapil Sharma and ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ to Netflix’s global stage across 192 countries. With the show reaching audiences worldwide, the partnership looks to extend that experience by sending select fans on journeys of their own, enabled through Goibibo.

The integration appears within five select episodes in the latest season, where Kapil Sharma engages with audience members through light-hearted conversations around travel and life experiences and personally selects winners.
The first winners of the segment, a couple from Indore, were surprised with an all-inclusive holiday to Thailand. The trip marks their first leisure vacation since their honeymoon 16 years ago.
To extend participation beyond the studio audience, Goibibo is also offering users an opportunity on its app to take part in an interactive TGIKS quiz for a chance to be part of the live studio audience.
Raj Rishi Singh, Chief Marketing Officer, Goibibo said, “Travel doesn’t always need a plan, it just needs a fun nudge. Our partnership with Netflix for The Great Indian Kapil Show allows us to tap into a wide fandom to use the show’s format to introduce travel in a light-hearted way and also take it wider by inviting audiences to take that excitement onto the Goibibo app, where inspiration can quickly turn into action.”
The campaign runs through January, February, and March, coinciding with the non-consecutive release of the five integrated episodes.
