Claudia Crosby joins Ralph Lauren

Claudia Crosby has joined Ralph Lauren as Head of Marketing, PR & Communications ANZ, marking a return to an in-house leadership role after more than four years running her own consultancy.

Crosby announced the appointment in a post on LinkedIn, stating: “I’m thrilled to share that I have joined Ralph Lauren as Head of Marketing, PR & Communications ANZ. For more than 50 years, Ralph Lauren has inspired the dream of a better life through authenticity and timeless style. I am excited to partner with the talented teams both locally and globally to deliver something meaningful across ANZ. Here’s to an exciting new chapter!”

According to her LinkedIn profile, Crosby commenced the role in June 2026 and will lead marketing, public relations and communications activities for Ralph Lauren across Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Crosby was founder and director of CURATED – Marketing & Communications, a Sydney-based consultancy she established in March 2022. During her tenure, the agency worked with a range of luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands including Bulgari Parfums, Acqua di Parma, Guerlain, IKKARI, The Jojoba Company, Polaris Media, artisJet and Maison Tjoeng.

Before launching CURATED, Crosby spent more than nine years with The Estée Lauder Companies in a series of senior marketing and communications roles. Most recently, she served as Head of Marketing & Communications ANZ for Tom Ford Beauty, Jo Malone London, By Kilian and ADF from July 2021 to March 2022.

Earlier roles at Estée Lauder included Head of Marketing & Communications Australia for Jo Malone London and La Mer, a position she held for more than seven years. She also led marketing and communications across Australia and New Zealand for Aramis and designer fragrance brands including DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Ermenegildo Zegna and Michael Kors.

Crosby’s career also includes nearly four years at L’Oréal, where she held product management positions across several prestige beauty brands. Her responsibilities included roles with Lancôme skincare and make-up, Giorgio Armani Parfums and Yves Saint Laurent Beauté.
