Zee5 announces the launch of five curated free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels on Samsung TV Plus India. Through this partnership, Samsung Smart TV owners can now access Zee5’s genre-led entertainment channels subscription-free, reinforcing the platform’s commitment to expanding its Connected TV footprint and making premium content accessible to audiences across the country.
The five Zee5 FAST channels now live on Samsung TV Plus are: Zee Comedy Nation, Zee Dil Se, Zee Horror Nights, Zee Cine Classic, and Zee South Flix. Each channel has been curated to deliver a lean-back, always-on viewing experience across distinct genres. Zee Comedy Nation brings together comedy TV shows and movies; Zee Dil Se features drama series; Zee Horror Nights offers a mix of horror and supernatural titles; Zee Cine Classic celebrates films; and Zee South Flix showcases South Indian films dubbed in Hindi.
The content across these channels is curated from Zee5’s library, offering audiences an always-on, scheduled viewing format designed for large-screen consumption. This move aligns with evolving viewer behaviour, with 64% of Zee5’s premium content watch time now coming from Connected Devices, underscoring the preference for viewing on Smart TVs.

This launch marks another strategic milestone in Zee5’s Connected TV expansion, broadening distribution and enabling millions of Samsung TV Plus users across India to enjoy curated entertainment experiences at no cost.
Over the past year, Zee has expanded its presence on Samsung TV Plus with channels now available to audiences across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand which reflects the appetite for Zee’s storytelling beyond India’s borders.
