In an innovative campaign, Flipkart partnered with SW Network, an integrated advertising agency, to create an experiential activation showcasing the Motorola Edge 60 phone’s built-in stylus. The activation took place at Nexus Select Citywalk, one of India’s busiest malls, in Saket, New Delhi.
The courtyard of the mall transformed into a live art canvas where artists used a giant stylus installation to create real-time doodles. The stylus, typically confined to screens, was brought to life, drawing attention as shoppers stopped to watch, take photos, and share their experiences on social media.
This expanded the campaign’s reach, generating visibility across both physical and digital spaces. Additionally, the campaign extended beyond the mall through a newspaper jacket that invited people to try the stylus themselves, driving further engagement.
Raghav Bagai, Co-founder, SW Network, commented, “We believe creative ideas should solve real business needs. In this case, highlighting the stylus, quite literally, made the brand stand out and got people to sit up and take notice of an otherwise cluttered category. Mission accomplished.”
Shubham Chawla, Director – Youthbeat, SW Network, said, “What looked like a simple doodle on the floor was actually the result of 12 hours of relentless effort and planning. But that’s the thing with good ideas, they often appear effortless, but making them real takes a whole lot of hard work behind the scenes.”
This activation is a prime example of how brands are finding fresh, creative ways to capture attention in a crowded market. Flipkart and SW Network’s thoughtful approach made this campaign impossible to overlook.
