Saurabh Bajaj has joined Shalina Healthcare as Global Chief Marketing Officer for its Consumer Products division, bringing more than 22 years of experience across business development, sales, marketing, and innovation.
Based in the Mumbai, Bajaj will oversee marketing for Shalina Healthcare’s consumer portfolio, including brands such as Flodent toothpaste and Germol soaps, which have established presence across Central Africa. He will also manage markets including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa.
Before joining Shalina Healthcare, Bajaj served at Vodafone Idea Limited as EVP Marketing – Prepaid Product. During his tenure from August 2022 to May 2026, he led product marketing for the company’s prepaid business portfolio valued at more than ₹30,000 crore. He also managed teams across product and services, data and devices, and business intelligence functions, contributing to customer growth and strategic positioning initiatives.
Earlier, Bajaj held leadership positions at Britannia Industries Limited, where he served as Marketing Head – Dairy and Marketing Head – International Business. In the dairy business, he led marketing strategy and media activations for a portfolio that included cheese, ghee, dahi, dairy whitener, and milkshake products.
He also worked with DIAGEO India as Innovation Head – Premium & Luxury, focusing on building innovation pipelines and category expansion within the premium spirits segment.
In addition, Bajaj spent nearly a decade at Mondelēz International across a range of sales and marketing roles, including Category Manager – Gifting & Kids and Brand Manager for the Cadbury gifting portfolio, strengthening his expertise in consumer marketing, product innovation, and brand strategy.
Bajaj began his career with Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting as an Area Sales Manager.
