PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, announces the appointment of Amrita Pandey as Group HR Head. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, organisational development, and HR governance, with a focus on strengthening leadership capability and enabling long-term growth.
Amrita brings over 18 years of experience across technology, financial services, and integrated services, with a track record of leading large-scale organisational transformation and building high-performing teams.
Her mandate will include driving HR digital transformation, strengthening leadership depth across businesses, and building a scalable people framework aligned with PB Fintech’s growth ambitions.

Prior to joining PB Fintech, Amrita was Director – Human Resources at Park+, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives. Earlier, as Senior Vice President and Group HR Head at Tenon Group, she managed a workforce of over 70,000 employees across India, the UK, and Singapore, driving culture integration, workforce planning, and performance systems across multiple businesses.
She has also held roles at Yatra Online, NIIT Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Info Edge, building expertise in areas such as M&A integration, HR automation, and governance.
Amrita holds a PGDM in HR and Marketing from the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Lucknow University.
