Honasa Consumer Limited, the beauty and personal care company, announced the elevation of Shivang Jain as the Chief Executive Officer of BTM Ventures, the parent company of Reginald Men and Molecular Company. In his new role, Jain will oversee the strategic direction, business operations, and growth of BTM Ventures, driving the next phase of growth for both brands. This internal leadership transition reflects Honasa’s commitment to nurturing high-potential internal talent and building entrepreneurial leaders from within the organization.
Jain takes on this role after serving as VP, Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff at Honasa Consumer Limited, where he worked closely with the founders on corporate strategy, portfolio expansion, business planning, and key strategic initiatives across the company. Following Honasa’s acquisition of a majority stake in BTM Ventures in December 2025, he will now lead the next phase of growth for Reginald Men and Molecular Company, strengthening both brands as they continue to scale in high-growth personal care categories.
Commenting on the elevation, Varun Alagh, Co-founder and CEO, Honasa Consumer Limited, said, “Shivang has been at the core of many of our strategic initiatives and has played an important role in shaping Honasa’s growth journey. He understands our playbook for building and scaling consumer-first brands and has consistently demonstrated the ability to translate ideas into execution. We see a strong opportunity ahead for BTM Ventures, and I am confident Shivang will continue building the brands with agility, innovation, and a deep understanding of evolving consumer needs.”
Speaking about his new role, Shivang Jain, CEO, BTM Ventures, said, “I’m incredibly excited to take on this new role and lead the next phase of growth for BTM Ventures. Building brands has always been what energizes me, and this opportunity brings together two brands with strong foundations and immense potential. As consumers become increasingly conscious and discerning about the products they choose, there is a significant opportunity to build brands that truly resonate with their evolving needs.
“I look forward to working closely with our talented team to strengthen Reginald Men and Molecular Company, accelerate innovation, and create meaningful value for our consumers. Together, we’ll focus on building category-defining brands that deliver superior products and long-term trust,” Jain said.
Jain brings more than 10 years of experience across corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. Before joining Honasa, he held roles across investment banking and consulting, including at Avendus Capital, EY, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. He holds a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
