Cleartrip has launched Book@0, a new feature that allows travellers to reserve hotel bookings without making an upfront payment or providing card details at the time of booking. The feature is available across more than 700,000 domestic and international hotels, with customers required to complete payment within a specified window before their stay.
The offering is designed for travellers who want to secure hotel availability and pricing while their travel plans are still being finalised. Under Book@0, users can confirm a hotel booking at ₹0 and pay later through the app before the payment deadline, without cancellation charges or the need to enter card details during the initial booking process.

Book@0 is expected to be especially valuable for leisure travellers who plan their trips well in advance, as well as international travellers, for whom last-minute changes or cancellations can often lead to real financial loss. Book@0 marks a major milestone in that journey, addressing the need for greater booking flexibility. Over the next two to three months, Cleartrip will continue building on its hotel momentum with a series of product launches focused on making booking and stay experiences simpler and more flexible for Indian travellers.
