BIBA has launched ‘BIBA For Teachers’, an annual initiative aimed at engaging and celebrating women educators across India. The platform is open to teachers from schools, colleges, coaching centres, dance and music studios, and other learning institutions, and combines retail benefits, curated collections and community-building activities.
As part of the launch, BIBA has introduced the Teacher Privilege Pass, offering a flat 15% discount on fresh collections for educators who present a valid teaching ID at BIBA stores across India from September 1 to 6, 2026. The initiative also includes The Teacher’s Wardrobe, a curated apparel edit designed around the needs of educators, along with store-level outreach programmes, Teachers’ Evenings and plans to build a long-term educator community through the BIBA Teacher Circle.
Alongside it sits The Teacher’s Wardrobe, an edit built around a teacher’s week rather than by category. Breathable cotton kurtas, soft chanderi suit sets and easy A-line silhouettes carry the classroom day, while sharper three-piece sets, kalidaars and understated festive pieces in muted prints and light embroidery hold up through PTMs, assemblies and institute functions. Fabric, fall and comfort run through all of it, so a look stays put from the first period to the last.

BIBA For Teachers also runs at store level. Each BIBA store will connect with the schools, colleges, coaching centres and arts institutes in its neighbourhood, and select stores will host Teachers’ Evenings with styling sessions and a shopping privilege.
Every educator who comes in becomes part of the BIBA Teacher Circle, a community BIBA plans to build through city chapters, institute partnerships and an annual wardrobe report in the years ahead.
