For Gen Zs, beauty is more than a routine; it is a way to express who they are, what they feel, and what they stand for. Nykaa recognizes this shift and is creating new ways to engage with Gen Z. By designing spaces for and with Gen Z, Nykaa is offering this generation a platform to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

The Nykaa Superfan Club gives beauty lovers exclusive early access to viral drops and a role in deciding what launches next. The Nykaa Gen Z Store is a curated collection of trendy products and authentic brands designed to support Gen Z’s expressive beauty journey.

Nykaa has introduced the Nykaa College Ambassador Program, cultivating creators from campuses, dorm rooms, and digital spaces. This initiative empowers Gen Z to become beauty advocates who shape the brand’s voice.

Co-Creation at Scale: Content, Culture, and Community

At the center of this program are student creators from colleges across India. They not only represent Nykaa on campus but also define what beauty means to their generation. Through daily moments, viral trends, festive celebrations, and GRWM videos, they integrate Nykaa into their authentic conversations.

The program includes support from beauty brands such as Maybelline, elf, Tony Moly, and CeraVe, alongside Nykaa Cosmetics, Nykaa Wanderlust, Dot & Key, and Indē Wild. With more than 7,500 unique content assets expected in the coming year, the program seeks to turn Gen Z’s daily scroll into a storytelling experience.

A gamified microsite enables ambassadors to track progress, take on brand challenges, unlock rewards, and explore career opportunities in beauty and content creation. This platform functions as a launchpad for ambition and creativity.

Immersive Beauty Experiences at Colleges and Corporate Parks

This year, Nykaa extended its ambassador program to offline events at Malhar, hosted at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai. Malhar is one of Asia’s largest college fests and provided a setting to connect with Gen Z audiences. At the Nykaa booth, students experienced an AR mirror in collaboration with Snapchat, makeup touch-ups, and a claw machine with free products and merchandise. More than 5,000 students visited to receive makeovers, beauty tips, and product samples.

This model is set to expand to other colleges and corporate parks across India, ensuring Nykaa creates memorable experiences with Gen Z communities.

Nykaa and Gen Z: Building the Future of Beauty

By combining content, community, and campus culture, Nykaa is aligning with Gen Z values and positioning itself within their evolving beauty landscape.
