One of the biggest lessons my mom taught me is that you don’t have to choose between tradition and progress, you can build something beautiful in the middle. Watching her as both an Ayurvedic doctor and a dermatologist, I saw how deeply she respected where we come from, while still embracing where we’re going. Growing up with that thought has really shaped everything for me, both personally and as a founder.
My mom is also the one who taught me to trust my instincts, even when the path doesn’t look conventional. It gets a lot easier to push through self doubt, when you know you have her in your corner.
To my mother – Thank you for believing in me before anyone else did, and for reminding me, even now, to slow down, trust the process, and always take the bet on myself.
