Dileep Seshu Basina joins Krea8 as Co-Founder & CEO

Dileep Seshu Basina has been appointed Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Krea8, an independent creative ecosystem founded by Kirti Doshi, who serves as Founder and Managing Director.

Basina announced the move in a LinkedIn post, describing months of discussions with Doshi about the gap between how agencies currently operate and how they should function. Topics included the disconnect between pitching teams and delivery teams, rising brand spending with declining memorability, and the short-lived nature of most content.

Basina brings experience from previous roles at Bigbang Social, where he worked on creative teams; at OML, where he built branded content solutions; and at TVA, where he developed new business verticals from scratch.

Krea8 describes itself as “not another agency” but an independent creative ecosystem focused on outcomes rather than “a bit of everything.” The company has already delivered campaigns and partnerships for more than 40 brands, including Flipkart, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Adidas, Motorola, Tanishq, Nivea, Nothing, Bacardi, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, Razorpay, Kenneth Cole, and Lenovo. The work spans ad films, branded content, product launches, activations, AI marketing, and traditional media.

The company is built on four stated principles: Care (attention to work and outcome), Conviction (preserving strong ideas), Craft (detail in writing, pacing, and finish), and Clarity (simplicity for greater impact).

Krea8’s positioning, according to Basina, is “for brands that want more than noise.”
