From K-Pop sensations and sports figures to Bollywood trivia and true crime podcasts, Alexa customers in India were curious about diverse topics throughout 2025. They turned to Alexa for quick, hands-free access to information and entertainment.

Amazon announces what Alexa customers in India requested the most in English, Hindi, and Hinglish. Here are the top trends that stood out:

• K-Pop artists BTS, Jennie, and Blackpink were among the musicians Alexa customers asked general information about, alongside global names like Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, and Michael Jackson. Lata Mangeshkar, Shankar Mahadevan, and Kishore Kumar were among the most asked-about Indian artists.

• Alexa continued to be the DJ in households as customers requested a wide range of music, from Korean pop and Bollywood songs to classics from Kishore Kumar. Viral K-Pop track APT (ROSÉ and Bruno Mars) was among the songs requested most via Alexa and Amazon Music, alongside Shaky (Sanju Rathod & G-SPXRK), Sapphire (Ed Sheeran), Saiyaara (from “Saiyaara”), Sahiba (Aditya Rikhari), and Golden (HUNTR/X, EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, Rei Ami & KPop Demon Hunters Cast).
