Zee Telugu is all set to bring back one of its prestigious evenings with the return of Apsara Awards 2026 — a tribute to the spirit, strength, achievements, and legacy of women. Airing this Saturday, 30th May at 5:30 PM, exclusively on Zee Telugu, the event promises a blend of glamour, emotion, inspiration, and entertainment.
The star-studded celebration will begin with an opening act by popular anchors Pradeep Machiraju and Sudigaali Sudheer, followed by a ramp walk featuring the Zee Telugu Apsaras. The evening will come alive with performances by Neha Shetty, former Miss India Manasa Varanasi, Khaty, and several popular television stars, each bringing their own unique energy and style to the stage. Adding to the excitement will be a musical medley by Pradeep, Yashmi, and Navya Swami, along with a dance performance by Sudheer and Kavya.
The event will also showcase couple acts, nostalgic moments celebrating cinema milestones, and special performances designed to strike an emotional chord with viewers. One of the highlights of the evening will be the “Ammavaru” act portraying the many forms of womanhood and celebrating women’s resilience and inner strength through divine avatars such as Durga, Kali, and Ardhanarishwara.
The evening will honor several personalities and celebrate Tollywood stars including Jayasudha, Jayaprada, Bhumika Chawla, Meena, Raashi Khanna, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Nivetha Thomas, Pragathi, and many more distinguished achievers from across industries.
In one of the evening’s inspiring moments, the Zee Apsaras will present the Nari Shakti Award to Squadron Leader Ragi Ramachandran in recognition of her achievements and contribution. Adding to the significance of the ceremony, veteran actresses Jayasudha and Jayaprada will jointly present the Mathru Murthy Award to 92-year-old practicing doctor Dr. Suri Srimathi, honoring her lifetime of service and dedication.
