India Today will broadcast an exclusive interview with Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva tonight at 8 pm and 10 pm, featuring a conversation on global affairs, artificial intelligence and the evolving India–Brazil partnership.
Lula is currently in New Delhi on a five-day visit, leading the largest Brazilian delegation ever to travel to India and participating in the India AI Impact Summit. In a post on X after arriving, the Brazilian President wrote, “Namaste, India! I’ve arrived for another visit with an important agenda: strengthening ties, deepening partnerships, and discussing the future of artificial intelligence in the world,” adding that both countries will continue to work towards greater cooperation, innovation and economic opportunity.
The visit is expected to centre on expanding collaboration across technology, innovation, trade and global governance, areas that are also likely to be discussed in the interview.
The conversation forms part of the network’s international programming around major diplomatic visits; in December 2025, it hosted an exclusive roundtable in Moscow ahead of Vladimir Putin’s visit to New Delhi, bringing together policymakers and business leaders to discuss bilateral engagement.
