July 2018 has been a landmark month for the Patrika Group, which has been shoring up its digital presence across the group publications for over a year now. The latest comScore report (July 2018 – Mobile, Web & Apps) reveals that Patrika Group content has drawn the highest number of Unique Visitors when compared to all other major Hindi and regional publications. Patrika Group registered 28.506 milion Unique Vistors, and in the process, for the first time has beaten Bhaskar Group sites in terms of Unique Visitors.
Remarkably, 11 months ago, per the comScore numbers for August 2017, Patrika Group had far less than half of the unique visitors of the Bhaskar Group sites, which were at a hefty 42.61 million unique visitors compared to a relatively paltry 16.37 million unique visitors for Patrika Group. From 16.37 million unique visitors in August 2017 to a category-leading number of 28.51 million unique visitors, Patrika Group has registered tremendous growth indeed.
In July 2018, it has surpassed DB Corp by 3.024 MN UVs.
At present, Patrika Group stands at 56th amongst India’s Top internet networks, while Dainik Bhaskar is ranked 66th, ABP News is at the 72nd position, Netflix at 75th and the Lenovo group at 76th. Google tops the list followed by Facebook at 2nd, Amazon at 3rd position. Flipkart is at #7, while Linkedin is at 14th and Twitter at the 24th position.
Per the rankings for UV in July 2018, the regional media groups were led by Patrika Group, followed by Bhaskar Group sites, LiveHindustan.com, Jansatta.com, Punjabkesari.in, Prabhat Khabar andNavbharattimes.com.
