Truecaller powers trusted communication for Zepto across onboarding and delivery journey

Zepto, the quick commerce company, has partnered with Truecaller to drive secure, seamless communication across its operations—from user onboarding to last-mile delivery. The collaboration leverages Truecaller’s Customer Experience Solutions to ensure trusted engagement at every touchpoint.

In a category where seconds matter, Zepto aims to eliminate friction in key moments—whether coordinating deliveries, resolving support queries, or onboarding new users. With Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID, users instantly recognize official Zepto calls with the brand name, logo, and verified badge, improving response rates and reducing missed or ignored communication.

The partnership also integrates Truecaller’s advanced features including Call Reason, Video Caller ID, and Call Me Back. These tools offer added context, personalized engagement, and greater control to users, particularly during time-sensitive interactions like missed deliveries or sign-up calls.

Zepto has also adopted Truecaller’s Verified Campaigns for targeted outreach using branded calls and SMS, ensuring relevant, high-impact communication with high-intent users. For onboarding, Zepto and Zepto Café now use Truecaller’s SDK to enable a 1-tap, OTP-less login, helping to minimize drop-offs and boost conversions, especially during peak demand periods.
