NBF ‘extremely distressed and worried’ over Arnab Goswami’s safety; appeals for fair treatment


News Broadcasters Federation is extremely distressed and deeply worried over the development of the arrest and treatment of Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief and Managing Director of Republic Media Network.

NBF strongly urges the State Government of Maharashtra and the Police Department to ensure adequate safety and Right to Life and Dignity as guaranteed by the Constitution of India to Mr. Goswami who is under custody, while his bail application is pending before the court of law. We strongly trust and believe justice will prevail.
