Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. has awarded the mandate to manage its public relations and communications requirements to Adfactors PR, India’s largest public relations firm. The mandate covers strategic counsel and planning, media relations, issues and crisis management, advocacy and integrated campaign development for Mercedes-Benz India and its products across segments.

The mandate has come into effect from May 1, 2019.

Adfactors will service the Mercedes-Benz India mandate out of its network of offices across the country. The account will be serviced by teams in Mumbai and Delhi, with the required domain expertise of the Auto sector.
