Kapture CRM, an enterprise-grade cloud-based SaaS CRM software company, has partnered with VXFIBER, a Swedish technology company. VXFIBER is all set to use Kapture’s Integrated Ticket Management System to effectively manage its customer support process.
Kapture CRM, which already has a sizable customer base and a strong network of channels in 15 countries including Singapore and the USA, has now expanded its footprint in the Swedish market with this partnership. VXFIBER is deploying Kapture CRM to unify all incoming support queries and interactions (across multiple platforms) on a centralized dashboard which directly translates to better and quality customer support.
The SaaS platform has integrated with the TTNC cloud telephony provider to facilitate smooth call support. Kapture has also done a VXFIBER admin integration with the client’s internal system to push customer information from Kapture to VXFIBER admin.
Pearl Tewari, Vice President & Co-founder – Kapture CRM, said, “Customer service in this work-from-home era has become more crucial and demanding than ever. Kapture is excited to work with VXFIBER and help them take their customer support to the next level during these testing times.
“This is an important milestone for us with respect to the expansion of our international client base. VXFIBER will soon use Kapture’s sales module also to manage their leads,” Tewari said.
Catherine Crockett, Head of Customer Service, said, “Customer support is the brand face of our business. Hence, how quickly we respond to and resolve customer issues is critical. We were looking for a single CRM platform that would help us manage multiple support-related tasks and functions.
“We chose Kapture CRM as its capabilities and functionalities (such as multichannel ticketing and real-time reporting) enable us to manage our support operations seamlessly. This CRM system has greatly helped our support teams to work from home during these unprecedented times. The support we have received from Kapture’s team has been invaluable,” Crockett added.
