What motivated you to start your agency, and how has the journey been so far?
I have always been intrigued by technology, I developed my first website in 10th grade (2007), which was a starting point to my digital marketing career. When the digitization wave hit India, I saw a wide scope of marketing which motivated me to set-up my own venture intending to service clients from different sectors from meeting their varied digital marketing needs to fueling to their brand success.
Since the company’s inception, our journey was no less than a rollercoaster ride, which not only helped us grow professionally but also on an individual level. Accepting challenges and at the same time learning from setbacks are some aspects that have helped us to be consistent and credible.
Since its launch in 2016 how has Koffeetech Communications evolved and how has the clientele grown?
The driving force behind Koffeetech Communications are definitely its employees and clients. During our inception, we decided to deep dive right into the digital ocean with clients from various industries and adapting the dynamic online world.
Over the last 3 years, our clientele base has spread across 7+ cities in 3+ countries and we are a trusted choice of 100+ clients across the globe.
What are some of the services that Koffeetech Communications provides which you feel are best in the business?
As an integrated agency, we provide end to end digital and marketing services with a holistic strategy. With an aim to add significant value to a brand’s reach, enabling consumer-brand engagement are areas where we excel.
Our services include, Digital Marketing, Website Development, Public Relations, Social Media Marketing and Branding.
What’s the size of your team in India, and What’s unique about the work approach and work culture at Koffeetech Communications?
We are a strong team of 25 hard-working employees. At Koffeetech, we prioritize young and fresh ideas and our focus has always been on developing a positive environment centered around providing a thriving platform.
With the high-pressure expectation that comes with the job, positive work culture becomes an imperative initiative. Exchange of ideas, fostering creativity, maintaining a gender equality and imbibing new skills are some of our common practices at Koffeetech.
Where does Koffeetech Communications stand in the pecking order today, and where do you see the agency one year down the line?
We are a three-year-old digital marketing agency but have managed to successfully survive in the market and our motto is to holistically cater to all requirements for a business who step into digital marketing. Within the next year, we aim to capture wider brand recognition, delivering out-of-the-box digital campaigns and further expansion into different cities.
What industries are your clients mainly focused on? How has COVID-19 affected these industries, And what has been your advice to all your clients during the lockdown?
Our clientele base ranges across various verticals such as Education, Dental, FMCG Companies, Engineering Services, Food and Fashion. All of these industries apart from FMCG did see a direct impact due to the Pandemic.
We advised to our clients to dwell further into the digital space, for instance conducting online consultation for our clients in the dental space. We also supported our clients with empathy by limiting media spends and focusing more on engagement and presence related approach.
Maintaining customer engagement to ensure the businesses digital presence, maintaining healthy relationships with other parties have been our strategy.
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a boom in digital consumption, do you think this trend will continue once we return to normalcy?
The covid pandemic has completely changed the digital consumption pattern. With the audience confined to their houses, social lives have moved online resulting in an increase in media consumption. By the end of 2022 we will have 35% of digital users in India and the demand is showing no signs of slowing down.
What is the one technology trend within the digital marketing industry that cannot be ignored in today’s time?
AI in technology, video marketing displaying interactive content are the most prominent trends that cannot be overlooked in current time.
What are some campaigns that Koffeetech Communications executed that delivered remarkable results? (Case Studies)?
At Koffeetech Communications, we have been planning and executing marketing campaigns for over 5 years now from which some of them came out to stay in top-of-mind. Successful social media campaigns can be key for a brand’s success. Creating brand awareness, increasing website traffic to brand recognition, a well-planned/designed campaign does it all.
A Social media campaign that stays dear to us is the creative campaign that we created for our two clients in the dental space, Orthosquare and Flexalign. The campaign revolved around the key messaging of ‘importance of smile’ with content integration helping us reach our intended TG.
